Canada's ToothFairy Smile Drive
This April - National Oral Health Month - help children and teens in need by participating in the Canada's ToothFairy Smile Drive!
What is the Smile Drive?
The Canada's ToothFairy Smile Drive is a national campaign taking place during April, National Oral Health Month, to collect oral care products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss and rinse) for at-risk children and teens. These donated oral care products will be provided to non-profit organizations serving vulnerable populations in thousands of communities nationwide.
How can I participate?
There are a couple of ways to help! It is easy!
Hold a Smile Drive at your company!
Engage your employees in a corporate-wide Smile Drive. Invite employees to donate oral care products throughout the month of April and select a Canada's ToothFairy Affiliate or non-profit serving at-risk children in your community to receive the donations. You can even hold a fun competition to see which department or division can collect the most products. Click here to register!
Host your own Smile Drive!
This is a fun, easy way for student groups, dental practices, and other volunteer groups to help kids in their community. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Complete a brief registration form.
- Identify a local non-profit organization serving at-risk children to receive your donations.
- Collect donated products throughout February and deliver them to the non-profit you have identified.
- Click here to tell us how many products were donated and where you delivered them.
It’s that simple! Download your free Smile Drive Toolkit with flyers, donation box labels, web badge, press releases and more – everything you need to promote your Smile Drive! You are also invited to come up with a unique on-site activity on one or more dates in April!
