With a minimum donation of $500, you will receive 500 Toothfairy Patient Gift Cards. These Toothfairy Patient Gift Cards (see sample below) indicate that you’ve made a donation to the Campaign in your patient’s honor. It’s a great way to give, and a great way to let your patients know that you’re dedicated to taking care of our nations most vulnerable children.
In addition, if you donate a minimum of $5,000 you’ll receive a framed Toothfairy Campaign Certificate for display in your office and your donation will be announced in a press release that will be sent to media outlets in your local area. Millions Smiles Club members will be published in leading dental journals semi-annually.
