With a minimum donation of $500, you will receive 500 America’s Toothfairy Patient Cards to share with patients, indicating that you have made a donation to the Campaign in their honor. America’s Toothfairy Patient Cards (sample below) are a great way to give, and a great way to let your patients know that you’re dedicated to taking care of our nation’s most vulnerable children.

With a minimum donation of $5,000, you will also receive a framed Toothfairy Campaign Certificate for display in your office and your donation will be announced in a press release sent to media outlets in your local area. Millions Smiles Club members will be published in leading dental journals semi-annually.
