What We Do

National Children's Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF) responds to the national growing need to provide access to community based programs for underserved children that deliver the best approaches to eliminate dental disease, optimize oral health, effectively reduce student absenteeism, and significantly enhance quality of life and family productivity.

Building on existing models, in 10 years, NCOHF will reach 20 million children through a national network of progressive community-based comprehensive children's dental education & treatment centers.

Children will receive vital oral health care and prevention education, improve their self-esteem, strengthen thier overall health and break the vicious cycle of sub-standard oral health.

National Children's Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF) will provide strong focused leadership to establish a progressive network of children's dental centers throughout our nation to respond to this need.

  • With generous corporate underwriting of daily operation expenses, NCOHF allocates 100% of every additional donation directly to program services.
  • NCOHF focuses solely on identifying and supporting innovative pediatric treatment services and education programs through community based centers that deliver critical oral health services to underserved children and their families.
  • The Virtual Learning Institute will enable sharing of best clinical practices and provide its network members science based engaging prevention education materials.
  • An outcomes research program will be developed with the guidance of NCOHF's Scientific Advisory Board. The progress of each network participant will be monitored to ensure significant impact on the lives of the children we serve.
