Mr. Ingebrand brings to the position nearly 30 years of 3M and industry experience ranging from the 3M Health Care Specialties Department and the 3M Infection Prevention Division to the 3M Drug Delivery Systems Division. Mr. Ingebrand holds a BS degree in biochemistry and an MBA, both from the University of Minnesota.

In 2000, Mr. Guggenheim sold his company, Guggenheim Brothers Dental Supply, to Patterson Dental Supply and assumed the responsibility of managing the Southwest United States for Patterson. Mr. Guggenheim has spent over 25 years working in various capacities within the dental supply industry, including his prior role as President of Guggenheim Brothers Dental Supply Company. In addition to his current role as CEO of Patterson Dental Supply, he has also spent considerable time in various dental industry leadership roles including his former position as Chairman of the Board of the American Dental Trade Association (now the Dental Trade Alliance). Mr. Guggenheim’s past accomplishments include being elected as President of the Dental Dealers of America and Chairman of the American Dental Cooperative.

A 27-year veteran of Septodont, Paul has held numerous roles with increasing responsibility. He currently is the President of the Americas and is a member of Septodont’s Corporate Executive Management Team. Paul serves as Chairman elect of the Board of Directors of the DTA. Paul received his BS in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Mr. Steve Fletcher is the President & Chief Operating Officer of GC America, managing the North American and Latin American business operations for GC Corporation, a global privately owned dental products manufacturer that celebrated its 95th anniversary in 2016.
Mr. Fletcher began his professional career with 3M Company and spent 18 years in its Healthcare Group, the first ten years at Unitek (orthodontics) and the last eight years at the Medical Products Division where he led business development and ran three global businesses (Medical Tapes, IV Site, Advanced Wound Care). In 2011 Mr. Fletcher moved his family to Singapore to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Vice President & General Manager of the Water Analysis Instruments business, a global lab electrochemistry and process analytical instruments business. Mr. Fletcher came back to the dental industry in April of 2015 when he joined GC Corporation in Chicago.

Mr. van Duijnhoven is a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group in Bethesda, Maryland. He is the former Senior Vice President of Danaher Corporation responsible for the dental segment. From 2008 to 2011 he was Group Executive and President of KaVo. Prior to his role in dental, Henk served as the Corporate Vice President, Human Resources from 2006 to 2008 and had global responsibility for acquiring, developing, and retaining outstanding talent and helping Danaher’s operating companies organize to win in their markets. Henk joined Danaher in 2002 as Vice President, Business Development for the Product Identification platform. He then served as General Manager of Videojet EMEA. Following Danaher’s acquisition of Linx Printing Technologies, Henk was appointed Managing Director, Linx in the UK. Prior to joining Danaher, Henk worked six years for the Boston Consulting Group, in the Chicago and Amsterdam offices. Prior to joining BCG, he held various product development leadership roles with Delphi Automotive and Volvo Car Corporation in Europe. Henk has a Masters of Business Administration from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Director of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), Chief Executive Officer of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR), and a Practicing Prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit CLINICIANS REPORT FOUNDATION (previously named CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT. Gordon’s degrees include: DDS, University of Southern California; MSD, University of Washington; PhD, University of Denver; and two honorary doctorates. Early in his career, Gordon helped initiate the University of Kentucky and University of Colorado dental schools and taught at the University of Washington. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Utah, School of Dentistry. Gordon has presented thousands of hours of continuing education globally, made hundreds of educational videos used throughout the world, and published widely. Gordon and Rella’s sons are both dentists. William is a prosthodontist, and Michael is a general dentist. Their daughter, Carlene, is a teacher. He is a member of numerous professional organizations.

Mr. Engels retired from 3M Company in 2007 after 39 years of employment and serving in a variety of leadership positions. He held executive level leadership positions within 3M since 1992, including serving as Vice President and General Manager from 2001 to 2007 of 3M ESPE Dental Products, a Division within 3M’s Health Care Business. 3M is a U.S. publicly held, multinational organization with operations in more than 60 countries. Mr. Engels served on the Board of Directors of the Dental Trade Alliance and on the Advisory Board Committee of the Dental Ethics Alliance Initiative. He served as a Board and Executive Committee Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico during his assignment as Managing Director, 3M Mexico. He has also served as a Heart Care Program Ambassador for the University of Michigan and Board Director of Medical Alley, an organizations founded to support Minnesota’s health care industry.

Roger George joined Align Technology as Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel in July 2002. Mr. George is responsible for all aspects of Align Technology’s legal affairs including transactional, securities, governance, intellectual property, real estate and employment matters. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. George was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Finance and Legal Affairs and General Counsel of SkyStream Networks, a worldwide network infrastructure company whose products enable service providers to create and deliver digital medical services across converged broadband and broadcast networks. Prior to SkyStream, Mr. George was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, the leading law firm representing technology companies at all stages of their growth, and the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them. Prior to joining WSGR, Mr. George was an associate attorney with Buist Moore Smythe & McGee in Charleston, SC. Mr. George worked at KPMG Peat Marwick in Washington, DC, before attending law school. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. George attended the University of Virginia where he earned a B.S. degree in Commerce (1988) and Juris Doctor (1992).

Ms. Ingber initially served as the strategy consultant for the establishment of the Foundation and then became President and CEO, a role she held from 2006 to 2016. Prior to working in the field of dentistry, Ms. Ingber served as President of the Cancer Treatment Research Foundation; Senior Vice President for Strategic Development for Cancer Treatment Centers of America; Executive Vice President for the National Health Museum in Washington DC; founding General Manager of the National Marrow Donor Program; and assisted several other organizations in the development of health and education programs and products.

Mr. Norbe is President of KaVo Kerr for North America. KaVo Kerr is part of the dental platform of the Danaher Corporation. Todd started his healthcare career in 1989 with Teledyne Getz as a Sales Manager in the NY Metro market. Kerr Dental (a division of Sybron Dental Specialties, SDS) recruited Todd to manage their NY/NJ business in 1993. In 1996, he relocated to Toronto to oversee Dental Sales & Marketing for Canada. In 2002, Todd was promoted to Director of Metrex Medical Sales based in Orange, CA. In 2004, he took on managing two additional divisions in dental, TotalCare and Pinnacle. In 2005, Todd was promoted to General Manager. In May 2006, SDS was acquired by Danaher and six months later Todd was promoted to President of Metrex/TotalCare. In Jan 2009, Todd joined the SDS Executive Staff and was promoted to President of a newly created platform managing the Medical/Dental solutions and devices businesses. In January 2014, Todd was promoted to President of Kerr North America and in October 2016 promoted to President of KaVo Kerr in North America. Todd has a Masters of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Greg has enjoyed a diverse career with DENTSPLY International since joining the company in 1996 as a Sales Representative for the Caulk Division. After a very successful tenure in sales followed by a Senior Product Specialist position, Greg moved into marketing as a Brand Manager and later returned to the field in 2001 as a Regional Sales Manager. After broadening his knowledge of DENTSPLY products as the Patterson National Account Manager for DENTSPLY North America in 2005 representing the Caulk, Professional, Rinn and Maillefer Divisions, he was once again promoted to the position of Northeast Area Sales Director for DENTSPLY North America.
In July of 2008, Greg joined Sultan HealthCare Division as the Business Unit Manager and led the successful integration of this acquisition into DENTSPLY. While with Sultan, he built a very strong team and was instrumental in developing DENTSPLY’s global approach to dual branding as well as a world-class infection control portfolio. Following his tenure with Sultan, Greg was promoted to the position as Vice President/General Manager of the Professional Division in May of 2012.
As announced in January of 2015, DENTSPLY International transitioned to a business model which resulted in the formation of Strategic Business Units (SBU) around DENTSPLY’s major market disciplines and as a result, Greg was promoted to Vice President of the Global Preventive SBU. As a further result of the merger between DENTSPLY and Sirona in February of 2016, Greg is currently the Group Vice President of Dentsply Sirona Preventive. Greg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University and his MBA from Ohio State University.

Dr. Cherilyn Sheets is an educator, clinician, author and lecturer, both nationally and internationally. She is Co-Executive Director of the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute, an international non-profit teaching and research center. She is also a Clinical Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the USC School of Dentistry and is on their Board of Councilors. Dr. Sheets is a Past President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the American Association of Women Dentists. She is also a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, Academy of Dentistry International, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry. She received the 2002 Gordon Christensen Award for Excellence in Lecturing, the 2004 USC School of Dentistry Alumnus of the Year Award, and the 2006 Section of Honor Award (Distinguished Dentist Award) from the California Section of the Pierre Fauchard International Honor Dental Academy. Dr. Sheets is co-principal of research project on dental implants and cracked teeth with James C. Earthman, PhD at the UCI School of Engineering. Dr. Sheets has authored over 100 articles and has co-authored numerous textbook chapters.
Dr. Sheets serves on numerous editorial boards of peer-reviewed journals. She is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of The Children’s Dental Center in Inglewood, California, which is a non-profit prototype dental center for providing multidisciplinary care to children of the working poor. She is also the Founding Chairman of the Board of the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation.
Rebecca L. Slayton, DDS, PhD

Dr. Slayton is the Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. In addition, she serves as the Director of the Dental Department for Seattle Children’s Hospital. Prior to her appointment at Washington, she was Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Iowa and before that, the Graduate Program Director of the Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Washington. She is a board certified Pediatric Dentist and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She serves on the Scientific Program Committee of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Council for Scientific Affairs for the ADA and is an examiner for the oral clinical examination for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Slayton has an active clinical practice where she treats patients with special health care needs and developmental disabilities. She is the co-editor of a textbook entitled “Early Childhood Oral Health”. Her research focuses on caries risk assessment tools and genetic factors that contribute to dental caries susceptibility.

Now serving as the Executive Director of America’s ToothFairy: National Children’s Oral Health Foundation, Jill Malmgren has over 15 years of successful leadership in a variety of industries. She began her career in dentistry in 2006 where she served as Director of Operations for world-renown Sheets & Paquette Dental Practice and the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute. In 2011, she relocated to Charlotte, NC, where she joined the America’s ToothFairy team and later assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. In that role, she oversaw operations, strengthened key stakeholder relationships, implemented systems to improve efficiency, and helped spearhead groundbreaking programs contributing to the organization’s ability to expand services for vulnerable children and engage youth in oral health promotion.
